SHIPMENTS

• At the moment only shipments are made to Puerto Rico and the United States.

• You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is processed.

• Shipments are made via "USPS" Federal Mail of the United States.

• You can track your package with the tracking number at www.usps.com

• We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the package and the shipping area.

 

How often do you ship?

We ship from Monday to Saturday.

 

Do you ship on holidays?

Orders will not be shipped on public holidays as most of the time the post office is closed.

How long does it take for the order to be processed?

Orders are processed in 3-5 business days.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed it will not be possible to change or cancel it.

 

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Once your order is processed, you will not be able to change the shipping address.

Do you accept returns?

Due to COVID-19 returns will not be accepted. This means that all purchases are final.
